Educators and students can purchase a Full Conference Pass at the discounted rate of $1250 throughout the registration period. Educators and students with an .edu email address will automatically see the discount applied to their registration when purchasing. For those qualified educators and students without an .edu email address, please contact support after beginning the registration process to update your account to include the discount.
Discount codes
The discount code for the speaker promotion is only applicable to a Full Conference Pass purchased between August 25, 2022 and September 9, 2022. It can not be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes before August 25, 2022.
COVID-19 policy
As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, the health, safety, and well-being of all attendees remains our top priority. While we are pleased to currently offer an in-person attendance option for AU, all in-person attendees for AU 2022 must comply with our COVID-19 protocols, which are subject to change at Autodesk’s discretion. Refund policy
To cancel or transfer your AU 2022 Pass, send an email request to the Autodesk University Registration Team no later than Friday, September 2, 2022, at 5:00 PM PDT. All valid cancellations received by Monday, August 15, 2022 will be assessed a $100 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations received as of Tuesday, August 16, 2022 through Friday, September 2, 2022 will be assessed a $500 USD cancellation fee. After Friday, September 2, 2022, all registration fees are non-refundable. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund. All valid transfer requests will be assessed a $100 USD transfer fee and should be requested by Friday, September 2, 2022. Transfer requests received after September 2, 2022 are subject to approval. The person receiving the transfer must not be a current attendee in the system at the time of the transfer request. All transfer requests must be received in writing from the original attendee.
